ROAD RESCUE TOWING & RECOVERY

Use ball joint skates when impounding cars without wheels. Completely unprofessional. Impounded my stepdads car (justified). But dragged the car on the rotors that were still in good condition. Half a mind to pay for the car and file a suit on his behalf for damage to the car. Do better.

The worst place of all. Yesterday, I was charged $714 for parking improperly in the wrong spot. It’s a 13-mile drive from Marysville to Everett, yet they charged me an hourly rate for the time my car was parked—even though it was there for less than 24 hours! It is unbelievable what scammers some people can be. My car is a Tesla. I will definitely be going back to dispute the charge.

Came in earlier today pretty screwed from an issue with my old car that got sold improperly. Road Rescue staff did fantastic at helping me calm down with their relaxed and professional attitude and detailed information. They made the process super simple and cut me a break which helped a lot. Both the owner and other staff were there and all were kind people who understood my situation.

My boyfriend and I came in today to settle an issue with an old car. The owner was generous and gave us a huge break on the price. The entire interaction and process was a breeze.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Together we go these 50's cars from a local house and loaded on my carhauler. Only 1 car was running. 1 had no brakes and the rest didn't run. We used a little Ingenuity and determination to get this customer taken care of. They were patient and very safety conscious. Thanks to Mohammed and Ivan. I appreciate you guys!
